Bring on the Burka!
In most cases, modesty is vanity under a veil of hypocrisy.
But then, when you hear that sponsors are putting pressure on female athletes to use their sexuality to promote the goods, you can’t help thinking there’s something to be said for a garment that shouts: “my eyes are here”.
A burka is just the other side of the same coin: by completely hiding a woman’s body, you do exactly the same as by exposing (most of) it: stressing her sexuality instead of stressing who she is, what she does etc.

I think the issue is choice. If a man feels comfortable in a mini skirt, he should wear a mini skirt.
Tsking at Anna Kournikova for her cleavage is just as bad as rolling your eyes over ‘walking tents’.
There’s nothing wrong with stressing or supressing your own sexuality, its thinking you own someone else’s that I take issue with.
